The Barn on Pennington Road is a fully restored bank barn, which sits on our 300+ acre farm that was once an active dairy farm. Transformed into a wedding venue, The Barn offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegant detail for weddings and other special events. We can accommodate up to 250 guests and offer a variety of items including tables and chairs as part of our facility rental. Several areas of the barn are climate controlled, and the facility is fully handicap accessible. The Barn offers a bar and two restrooms both upstairs and downstairs, which provides great flexibility in layout options.

The Barn’s new addition offers a versatile space that could be used for additional guest seating, catering setup, the dance floor or even a fun activity such as a photo booth. It’s a new area, so we’re excited to see how guests choose to use the space! An outdoor deck is attached to the addition, which offers a scenic setting.
Because so much of the downstairs space is under roof, we are able to offer a backup ceremony plan in the event of inclement weather. For outdoor weddings, the venue offers many different locations and scenic backdrop options, as well as several different arbors to choose from.
The Barn offers a climate controlled bridal suite, which is the perfect place for the bridal party to get ready and provides a beautiful setting for pictures of the bride with her mother and bridesmaids.
A separate, rustic space is provided for the groom and his groomsmen to gather while getting ready. It’s a great place for the guys to relax and unwind together before the ceremony starts. The bridal suite and groom room are on two different levels of the barn, so there’s no chance anyone will have an accidental first look!
